By the spring of 2021, the Frankfurt branch of ZECH Bau GmbH will be building an apartment building with 126 rooms at a central location in Wiesbaden's city centre on behalf of Norsk Deutschland AG..

A wellness area, a restaurant and a bar with panoramic views on the top floor of the eight-storey building will also be built on around 5,400 m² of rentable space. The design of the building with its cantilevered form and natural stone façade was created by the Swiss architect Max Dudler.

This contract for the Frankfurt branch has a total value of around 19 million euros. Conclusion of the contract on 06.06.2019 was preceded by a 15-month pre-construction phase in which several Smart Modules were used.
