A few days ago Kamü Bau GmbH once again successfully completed the certification of its quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015.

Kamü Bau GmbH has been living the processes described in the QM documentation for 15 years now. Thus Mr. Schott, auditor of the TÜV Rheinland, explicitly praises the management system in his report. It is described in an appropriate manner and is present to the employees. In addition - as the report goes on to say - the persons audited proved to be competent and receptive to suggestions for improvement.

These recommendations and suggestions for improvement, which are also noted in the audit report, are successively discussed by Mrs. Am Wege, QM representative of Kamü Bau GmbH, with the individual department managers and employees, measures are taken and their implementation is monitored.

In addition to promoting product and service quality, the Kamü QM system makes an important contribution to securing the company's profitability. This is reflected, among other things, in the good economic result as well as in the very low warranty costs and the low employee fluctuation rate. The figures, data and facts were documented by the management and the department heads in a - according to the auditor - very meaningful management evaluation.
