Work continues ... New construction project at Clarenbachwerk Cologne

In November 2018, the so-called "brace" was completed: Two buildings "Stephanus" and "Paulus" became one. The towers are to be renovated by the end of 2020.

But that's not all: In the past few months, Kamü Projektbau GmbH has completed the conversion and refurbishment of the first construction phase in the "Heinrich Püschel Haus". The residents were able to move into the new premises in June/July 2019. From August the work will continue into the 2nd construction phase.

And there' s still no end in sight - which makes us even happier. On 10 July 2019, another contract was signed with the Clarenbachwerk Cologne for the extension of the "Andreas" building for € 5.8 million.

Building work includes partial demolition of the existing building - on a surface area of approx. 760 m² over 5 storeys - and the adjoining 7-storey new building (each including basement). Before the actual building works can be carried out, extensive groundwork is required to ensure that the dining room directly adjacent to the building continues to operate and that the existing building is supplied with technical facilities.
