Usage data
When you visit our website, our web server will temporarily store usage data in the form of protocols – for statistical purposes – to improve the quality of our web pages. These data sets consist of:

• the page from where the file is requested;
• the name of the file;
• date and time of the request;
• the data volume transmitted;
• the access status (file transferred, file not found, etc.);
• the description of the type of web browser used;
• the IP address of the requesting computer, abbreviated in such a way that it can no longer be related to any specific person.

This protocol data will only be stored in anonymised form.

The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO. The legitimate interest lies in making it technically possible for users to call up our website, to optimise the presentation of content to the user and to further improve/optimise our website in the future.

Contact
On our website you can write an e-mail to us on the "Contact" page. The data you provide (your e-mail address and, if applicable, your name) will only be stored for the purpose of processing and documenting your inquiry. This data is only passed on if this is necessary to process your inquiry. This data will not be passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.

The processing of your data when you contact us is based on your consent. The granting of consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time with effect for the future by a simple declaration (e.g. by e-mail to info@zech-building.de). A revocation has no influence on the legality of the processing that has taken place on the basis of the consent until the revocation.

The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO.

Application procedure
You can also apply for a job via our website. This may involve special categories of personal data. These are such data from which ethnic origin, political opinion, religion or belief, trade union membership, genetic disposition or biometric data, health status or information about sexual life or sexual orientation can be deduced.

If you wish to transmit such data to us, we ask for your express consent to process this data. Your decision is free and can be revoked at any time. The revocation does not affect the lawfulness of any processing that has been carried out with prior consent. The wording of your consent is:

"My application contains personal data falling under the special categories. I have read the data protection information for applicants and agree to the processing of this personal data for the purpose of processing my application. I am aware that I can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future."

Your data will be used by us exclusively for processing your application. For this purpose, the data is also transferred to the Zech Group companies for which you have applied. After the application procedure has ended, your data will be deleted or, in the case of a recruitment, transferred to your personnel file.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is Section 26 Paragraph 1 BDSG in conjunction with Art. 88 DSGVO, for the personal data covered by the special categories Art. 9 Paragraph 2 letter a DSGVO.

The granting of consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time with effect for the future by a simple declaration (e.g. by e-mail to info@zech-building.de). Every newsletter contains a link at the end where you can unsubscribe and thereby revoke your consent. A revocation has no influence on the lawfulness of the processing that took place on the basis of the consent up to the revocation. The subscription of the newsletter without consent is not possible.

The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO.
