• the IP address of the requesting computer, abbreviated in such a way that it can no longer be related to any specific person.
This protocol data will only be stored in anonymised form.
The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO. The legitimate interest lies in making it technically possible for users to call up our website, to optimise the presentation of content to the user and to further improve/optimise our website in the future.

This data is only passed on if this is necessary to process your inquiry. This data will not be passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.
The processing of your data when you contact us is based on your consent. The granting of consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time with effect for the future by a simple declaration (e.g. by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org). A revocation has no influence on the legality of the processing that has taken place on the basis of the consent until the revocation.

If you wish to transmit such data to us, we ask for your express consent to process this data. Your decision is free and can be revoked at any time. The revocation does not affect the lawfulness of any processing that has been carried out with prior consent. The wording of your consent is:
"My application contains personal data falling under the special categories. I have read the data protection information for applicants and agree to the processing of this personal data for the purpose of processing my application. I am aware that I can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future."

Our website uses buttons with links to our accounts on Xing, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and kununu. These buttons do not transmit any data to the social networks mentioned. Only by clicking these buttons do you leave our website and get redirected to our accounts in the relevant social networks. You are then no longer on our website, and are instead on the websites of the social networks you clicked on. Depending on the settings in your browser or in the social network, personal data about you will be recorded there. You can find the conditions for this in the data protection declarations of the social networks you clicked. We cannot assume any responsibility for these.
We do not use the Facebook “like” button on our website because this enables Facebook to record data about you even when such buttons are not clicked. Integration of YouTube
(1) We have integrated YouTube videos into our website, which are stored at www.YouTube.com and can be played directly from there. YouTube is a service of Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountainview, California 94043, USA. The videos are all integrated in "extended data protection mode", i.e. no data about the user is transferred to YouTube or Google if the user does not play the videos. Only when the user plays the videos will the data mentioned in paragraph (2) be transferred. The provider has no influence on this data transfer.
(2) By visiting the website, YouTube receives the information that the user has called up the corresponding subpage of the website. In addition, the above-mentioned data is transmitted. This occurs regardless of whether YouTube provides a user account through which the user is logged in or whether no user account exists. If the user is logged in to YouTube, this information is directly associated with the user's account. If the user does not wish to have the assignment with his profile on YouTube, he must log out of YouTube before activating the button.
(3) YouTube stores these data as user profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or demand-oriented design of its website. Such evaluation is carried out in particular (also for users who are not logged in) for the purpose of providing advertising that meets the needs of the users. The user has a right of objection to the creation of these user profiles, whereby the user must contact YouTube to exercise this right.
(4) By integrating YouTube, the user is given the opportunity to retrieve videos and, if applicable, to use the functionalities of YouTube. The purpose of this is to improve our offer.
Integration of Google Maps
We integrate the maps of the "Google Maps" service of the provider Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). Pseudonymised user profiles are created and cookies are used. The processed data may include, in particular, IP addresses and location data of the users. The data may be processed in the USA. Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield.
Google stores your data as user profiles and uses them for purposes of advertising, market research and/or demand-oriented design of its website. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) for the purpose of providing needs-based advertising and to inform other users about your activities on our website. The IP addresses are made anonymous, so that an assignment is not possible (IP masking).
You can generally prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website and/or other websites to their full extent.
The legal basis for data processing on this website is the EU Data Protection Basic Regulation (DSGVO), in particular Art. 6 Para. 1 and, for applications, Art. 26 of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). The data will only be stored for as long as necessary for the above-mentioned purposes or as required by law.Your rights as a user
The GDPR gives you, as a website user, certain rights with regard to the processing of your personal data.

You have the right to request restriction of processing if one of the requirements speci-fied in Art. 18 GDPR has been met, e.g. if you have objected to processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR or pending the verification as to whether our legitimate interests override yours as the data subject.
4. Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR):
In certain cases specified in Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and/or to request the transmission of this data to a third party.
5. Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR):
You have the right to object, at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data if your data is collected on the basis of Art. 6(1) sentence 1 letter f GDPR (processing is necessary for the pur-poses of legitimate interests) or Art. 6(1) sentence 1 letter e GDPR (processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority). In any such cases, we will no longer process your personal data, unless we can prove that we have compelling legitimate grounds for the processing of your data which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing is required for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
6. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
Art. 77 GDPR gives you the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes data protection laws.
